Annipie - More than just a cinnamon haven

Annipie is one of Davao's long-running food establishments. I find every visit to their homey branches very delightful. Even if they're usually famous for their heavenly cinnamon treats of varying flavours, Anniepie's other offerings are quite as mouth-watering. Here are some of which that I've tried..

One of the most recent addition to their menu is the Hickory Smoked Pork Ribs. I'd give it a 10! It is incredibly tender and tasty and unbelievably affordable. Its value is definitely more than it's actual 100Php cost. After my first taste of it earlier today, I think this has become my newest reason to frequent Annipie.

Back then, it was their Carbonara that magneted me to the place. I still love it and it'll always be one of my favorite Carbonaras in town. They recently just added a twist to their usual serving of the said pasta and made it into Italian Au Faire, which is added with Chicken Cordon Bleu. Have a look at the image below (borrowed from Annipie's Official Facebook Page).

Another latest addition to their menu is the Sizzling Bulalo Steak. I wasn't able to get a taste of it. My boyfriend swallowed it whole! LOL! Just kidding...I was actually busy with my own Fish Fillet in Tartar Sauce while he was busy double butchering his order to bits. See image below, still borrowed from their FB Page.

Okay so like most of us know, they're famous for their cinnamons, which I find really yummy! I have tasted that famous cinnamon brand from Manila and it doesn't quite compare to it in taste AND in price(I was flabbergasted at the price..lol)! This is what I wanna get a taste of, next time I visit Annipie..their Cinnamon ala Mode! Just have a look at this photo they posted on their Facebook Page from almost 3 years ago. I sure hope they serve this in their Malvar branch 'cause I am freakin' going there for it. :)

Annipie has branches in Malvar Street and in Quimpo Blvd., Davao City. I hear there's a new branch opening but I still don't know where. I'll let you guys know once I get some info.

Annipie! Can't wait to get there again. ;)
